Yes, we recommend you still appeal your property taxes. The title company will prorate your taxes based on the last certified value.  If we successfully reduce your property tax bill, you will still be responsible for your Ownwell invoice regardless of the date of sale. 

It is important that you contact us If the appeal has not been completed at the time of sale and ownership of the property has changed.
