Congratulations on selling your property! It’s easy to mark your property as sold in your property portal settings. 

To mark your property as sold, follow these steps:

  1. Sign into your property portal at ownwell.com/sign-in.

  1. Once in your portal, click on “Settings” in the navigation on the left side of the page, towards the bottom and then select “Properties”
  2. Click the menu with the three dots for the property you’ve sold. 
  3. Select “Mark as Sold” and complete the quick form. 

Keep in mind that if you have an active appeal and savings are achieved as a result of the hearing, an invoice will still be due, according to the Ownwell service agreement.
