Sold your property? Learn how to update your status in the Ownwell portal in just a few steps.
Congratulations on selling your property! It’s easy to mark your property as sold in your property portal settings.Â
To mark your property as sold, follow these steps:
- Sign into your property portal at ownwell.com/sign-in.
Not familiar with Ownwell’s property portal? Learn how to claim your account here.
- Once in your portal, click on “Settings” in the navigation on the left side of the page, towards the bottom and then select “Properties”
- Click the menu with the three dots for the property you’ve sold.Â
- Select “Mark as Sold” and complete the quick form.Â
Keep in mind that if you have an active appeal and savings are achieved as a result of the hearing, an invoice will still be due, according to the Ownwell service agreement.
