Tips for stronger results

Providing clear, well-documented evidence can improve your chances of a reduction.

Do:

  • Upload bids, quotes, insurance claims, or repair receipts
  • Include photos that clearly show the full extent of damage
  • Add dates to photos and documents
  • Provide evidence of structural issues

Don’t:

  • Describe damage without supporting evidence
  • Include landscaping or fence damage (typically not considered)
  • Upload minor wear and tear
  • Rely on repairs costing less than $5,000
