You can track your property tax appeal anytime in your property portal.
Once your appeal is submitted to the county, it can take several months for the tax assessor to respond or schedule a hearing. Timelines vary, but weâll keep you updated every step of the way.
Check your appeal status:
- Sign in to your property portal: https://www.ownwell.com/sign-in

- Select your property under My Properties
- View your Appeal Status at the top of your Overview pageÂ
To view a previous appeal, use the year selector at the top of the Appeal Status section. You can also find your appeal status in the Property Tax tab in the navigation (left sidebar on desktop, â° menu on mobile).
Important notes
- If your status shows action needed, please respond as soon as possible so we can continue your appeal.
- Itâs normal for updates to take timeâcounties may take several months to respond
